CATERING GUIDELINES |

|
- Professional staff person will set up buffet and tableware in an attractive and organized manner.
- Disposable chafers are available and include wire chafers, water pans, sternos, serving utensils
and table cover. Required number is dependent on menu choices and number of guests.
- A rebate will be given for each wire chafer returned (in good condition) to our Chandler location.
- We ask for a five (5) day lead time to ensure excellent service and prompt delivery times. At this
time we also require a guaranteed number of guests. You will be charged based on this guaranteed number,
and we will order food based on this guaranteed number.
- A delivery charge is based on location of the catered event, with a minimum fee.
- All prices are per person and are subject to current sales tax.
- A deposit is required to confirm scheduled date and time. Deposits are non-refundable and will be
deducted from final invoice.

- All accounts are payable in full day of delivery.
